Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Vape Crypto has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us on our website.
Please Note: Due to the ban on flavored E-Liquids we will no longer be able to ship these to the following states with bans: New Jersey, Massachusettes, New York, and Washington. You will be given the opportunity to remove these products from your cart upon checkout. To find the list of e-liquids you can have shipped to your state please click here.
Shipping rates are flat based on the speed of delivery desired and contents.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. |
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 1-2 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 3 working days, |
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. While not guaranteed we try to also ship on Saturdays whenever possible. |
All domestic orders $50 or over ship free of charge when the free shipping option is selected. All free shipping will be for the lowest price class of service available for the package. For International Orders, we strongly suggest that USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express International is selected. USPS First Class International is not guaranteed to track throughout the entire delivery and is much more likely to be affected by delays in customs. By contrast, most Priority Mail shipments overseas take an average of only 6 – 9 Business Days. Please note that no matter the shipping method, we have no control over customs delays. We strongly suggest that customers keep an eye on the tracking and if more than 3 days have passed since it left the US that you contact your local customs office to inquire if the delay is due to unpaid duty or other customs fees. PACT Act Update 3/28/2021Due to regulations added to the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking, also knows as the PACT Act, all domestic shipments of vape products will now require an adult 21 or over to be home to show valid ID and sign for the package at the time of delivery. As USPS does not offer this service for First Class Mail we are forced to default all deliveries to Priority Mail at the corresponding rate and a fee of $5 will be added to every order to account for the USPS charge to obtain the signature upon delivery. This fee will be charged for all orders, regardless of if the order is eligible for free shipping. Please ensure someone eligible to sign for the products will be home at the time of delivery. Any packages that are returned due to the nonavailability of an adult signer will be refunded for the full purchase price minus the shipping costs. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause our customers and we are doing our best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible while staying compliant with all regulations. |
For International Orders, the customer is responsible for any such customs fees the shipment may incur as well as ensuring it is legal to import vape products into your country. Vape Crypto will not be held responsible for any products seized at customs nor will returned items be re-shipped without additional postage charges paid by the customer for items returned by your home country. |
You will receive a customized tracking page as soon as your order ships. From this page, you can easily see the package progress as well as an itemized list of your order contents.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call 908.255.7578 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest time possible.
We have a great track record as far as orders making it to the recipient on time but delays and occasionally lost packages do occur. In the case of a lost package, we will assist in starting an investigation/insurance claim with the shipping service and all money received for the claim will be sent to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if insurance on packages is sufficient and you have the right to purchase additional insurance on any order. Any amounts above the receipts from shipping insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.
